Where we work
We keep our service area tight on purpose. Every estimate is done by John, the owner, so we stay within about 30 to 40 minutes of the Lutz showroom. That covers most of central and south Pasco County and the northern half of Hillsborough County.

The same service in every town
Wherever you live, the process is the same. John comes to your home, measures, looks at the slab and the transitions, and brings samples. You get an itemized written quote with labor, prep and flooring on separate lines. If you want to see more options, the showroom in Lutz is open by appointment Monday to Saturday.
The work is done by the same long-time installers John has used for years, for tile, flooring, stairs and demolition. Most flooring jobs take 1 to 3 days once the material is in.
