The showroom is set up for comparing real materials side by side, not flipping through a catalog. Everything on the wall is something we install, so every sample you pick up is a real option for your home.
If you saw a floor online or at a friend's house, send a photo before your visit. John will tell you whether we have it or something close, and have it ready.

Why our showroom is by appointment
A big flooring store can leave you wandering the aisles. We keep the showroom private so each visit gets John's full attention. He knows which products behave well on Florida slabs, which finishes hide sand and pet hair, and which looks pair well with the cabinets and paint you already have.
Booking ahead also means the samples you care about are pulled and ready. Tell us when you book whether you are leaning toward tile, plank or wood, and the visit starts where you are, not at square one.
How a showroom visit goes
Choosing for a whole house takes longer than picking one bathroom floor, so mention the scope when you book. A few things make any visit far more useful:
- Bring photos of the rooms, especially the ones with the most natural light
- Bring rough measurements or a floor plan if you have one
- Bring a cabinet door, countertop sample or paint chip if you are matching colors
- Look at your favorites near the window and under the lights, since color shifts a lot
- Take a few samples home and live with them for a couple of days before deciding
From showroom samples to an itemized quote
Picking a floor is only half the job. Once you narrow it down, John comes to the house for a free in-home estimate, measures every room himself and sends an itemized written quote. Labor and prep sit on their own lines and the flooring on its own line, so you can see exactly where the money goes. What is on the quote is what gets installed, with no surprises on install day.
Some homeowners do it the other way around. If a trip to the showroom is hard, John brings samples to your home during the estimate, so you can see them on your own slab, next to your own walls and furniture.
Buying flooring through Red Eagle or supplying your own
You can buy your flooring through the showroom with installation, or supply your own and have us install it. Buying through us keeps everything in one place: John orders the right quantity with a sensible overage, the material is on site when the installers arrive, and there is one person to call with any question.
If you already found a floor you love somewhere else, that is fine. We quote the labor and prep for it, and John will tell you plainly if he has concerns about how it will hold up in a Florida home. Whichever way you go, the quote also covers the rest of the job: moving furniture, removing and hauling away the old floor, reusing baseboards that are in good shape or installing new ones.

The showroom is at 108 Flagship Dr, Lutz, FL 33549. Most of our service area is a short drive away. From Wesley Chapel and Land O' Lakes, State Road 54 is the easy way across. From New Tampa and Tampa, come up through the I-275 area.

Showroom hours and how to book a visit
The showroom is open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, by appointment only. Booking a few days ahead gives you the widest choice of times.
