We chose Red Eagle Flooring after receiving two other quotes. Red Eagle's quote was not the lowest of the three, but it was obvious when speaking with John that this was the company I wanted to install 1500sq.ft. (the entire ground floor). His expertise and knowledge were obvious. He gave me a quote on the spot - and I was charged exactly what he quoted! No hidden costs or changes. His crew was exceptional: Fabio installed the floor as would be expected of a master craftsman (I believe he would have been happy with our enthusiastic compliments instead of a paycheck - his pride in his work was obvious). I don't know most of his crew's names, but Guilherme did much of the work to remove the old tile, Pedro (about the best attitude I have ever seen at any job) helped with installation; but the whole crew was exceptional (including Andre, who even picked up the tile for us) - courteous, friendly, doing their best to make an invasive type of job as non-invasive as possible. I highly recommend Red Eagle as installer of your tile floor.I have not been paid or given a price reduction for this review - I really mean the above. John P

Highly recommend!! My family and I hired Red Eagle to remove our outdated kitchen backsplash and install a new one. John was very helpful in selecting the flooring and extremely communicative throughout the project.We recently purchased an older log cabin that had several issues with the floors. John being a problem solver was able find solutions and keep me informed at all times.We are beyond pleased with our experience and the end result. I would certainly recommend Red Eagle Flooring. The owner, John, is most professional and very thorough in his explanation of layout and time. (I had 4 contractors come out. John was not the least expensive, but his professionalism and "Ditrix Schlueter" sp. won me over.) Mine was a 3 week job. My flooring is GORGEOUS, which in turn makes my home even more beautiful. I chose the "stone" tile for downstairs for my LR, DR and backsplash in my kitchen. Really. It's stunning!!! John also did my stairs in the stone tile. DROP THE MIC!!! We had a wonderful experience with Red Eagle Flooring. Our relationship started YEARS ago when we first received a quote, but took a few years for us to have the energy to go through with the project! The goal was to redo our Primary Bathroom. After asking questions about future projects and potential costs, we decided to move forward with redoing the flooring in the Living Room, Laundry Room, Kitchen, Family Room and Hallways as well as doing a remodel of our Primary and Secondary Bathrooms. Our project began April 1, 2024. John and his team were very precise and the project turned out absolutely amazing. No construction project is perfect and when we ran into concerns, John was always there to talk through those concerns with us and worked to address them as well. I can be very particular about things. He was great about giving his professional opinion, but learned to understand how my mind works, and worked to do everything he could to make our vision exactly the way we wanted it! Had it not been for his professional opinion, we would have gone an entirely different route for tile during our project.It's important to note that as the customer, your job is to find the flooring, fixtures, and anything else needed for your project for him to install. You don't need to worry about the little things that are needed for the actual install, just the major things like tile, fixtures, Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), etc. That's the most stressful part. We did this in phases. John would give us updates on timelines and we would buy as the project progressed understanding some items needed more time to be delivered. We ended up getting our tile from Floor and Decor and our luxury vinyl flooring from a flooring store in Lakeland that sold better quality LVP than Floor and Decor. The cabinets and countertops were purchased through another company. We just coordinated project dates through John.Overall great experience. Would definitely work with him again!

I highly recommend Red Eagle Flooring. We met with several flooring companies and none could compare to the customer service or pricing of Red Eagle. The owner John, immediately set up an appointment for a quote. Unlike other companies that we met with, John arrived prepared, with his laptop and offered several options that we were not aware of. We had our entire home flooring (carpet and tile) removed and replaced with top notch LVP. We also had Red Eagle install new baseboards. We could not be happier with the result. The quality of work from Red Eagle is second to none. After a walk through, I could not find one single flaw. Also, it is great that Red Eagle is a family owned and operated business. John and his brothers were extremely professional, polite and punctual. We felt very comfortable with his crew in our home during the demolition and installation process. Comfortable enough to leave them alone most of the day while they were working. I would recommend this company for anyone's flooring and/or remodeling needs. Highly recommend. John the owner has a true passion for his business. We did a complete house with him removing wood, tile and carpet. My wife was very picky with her choices, and his vendor did not have what she wanted. He helped us understand the specs of the new floor to make the correct decision. His team was always prompt and they stuck to their schedule. I will add this - we only did a partial leveling and I would highly recommend if you have the money to do the whole house. Trustworthy contractor when trust is hard to find.

I am very pleased with the quality of work and effort that was put forth in completing my job. The carpet in my bedrooms and closets were replaced with LVF. This is my first time using this product. All I can say is AMAZING. I am so pleased with the work of Red Eagle. We had planned to do a partial remodel of our kitchen. We wanted to keep the tile and the cabinets but needed new countertops and backsplashes. After quite a few quotes and interaction with other companies I chose Red Eagle. John, the owner, helped with picking out the title, getting us a great discount in purchasing the materials and was on the job the entire time. He didn't just drop off his guys and come back when it was finished, he was there. The install price was an incredible valued. I was a little concerned that with such a reasonable price that the work would be substandard. Was I wrong. He is meticulous with his work and the work of his crew. He has an incredible eye for details with all the most up to date equipment. He wanted to make sure everything was just rights. Even matching up a mosaic backsplash corner so that it matched perfectly. I have a brand new kitchen for half the price of what others quoted me. He was also sure to keep the area clean and dust free. He put down special covering to protect our hard wood floors and was such a professional. The work was done timely and I am nothing but impressed. In fact, after he was done with my kitchen I immediately hired him to do an accent wall in my family room. He scheduled me timely and came when he said he was going to be there. And it looks exceptional. And he finished it in one day. I have nothing but good things to say about John and Red Eagle. I called John regarding a difficult “match up” project. We had 3 columns that were partially covered in ledger stone, and need them finished. The existing ledger stone was not well placed, so matching up to it was going to be difficult. John exceeded the challenge. He not only matched up to it, but was able to somehow do so while leveling out the remaining application. I was truly surprised by how well he was able to finish the job. John came out to my house for a tile install. He was on time even though he was very busy. He took one look and said this is going to be difficult. My house was built with shoddy construction work but it is my home. My floors are un level and walls are not straight. However he took the job on. He answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous. He believes in doing quality work. And that is exactly what I received. He worked VERY hard and did a BEAUTIFUL job. I am so happy with my floor. I want to express my appreciation to this company for coming to my rescue. I had originally hired another company who took my money and didn’t return only left a mess. Red Eagle came in told me a couple of options, l picked one and they came the very next day. They walked into a disaster and went to work. They had all the material they needed and even cleaned up after they were done. I had a kitchen floor that is just beautiful. All l want to do now is stay out in my kitchen and look and smile. We got somewhere between 10 and 20 estimates to do our floors throughout our house during CoViD19. After meeting the owner John and his wife, we immediately knew this was the right company for the job. Their price was not the cheepest but extremely reasonable. He was ready to start the job within a short amount of time and when I explained we were all going back to work full time by a certain date, he made sure to fit us in his schedule before then, and started on a National Holiday with no problem. He said he would be here everyday no matter what even if he had to come on weekends to ensure it was finished by our deadline. A big reason for us picking his company was that he said when he was finished he would do a walk through and when were happy with it, that's when he'll accept payment. We did our walk through found a minor chip in a tile and a color tile we didnt like. He said no problem, and sent his crew back the next day to fix. I have already recommended his company to two people. We have every intention on hiring them in the future for additional work we want done. I will say, I was disappointed at first with the cleanliness of the crew. If you've ever hired a contractor, they always make a mess. However, when we did the final walk through John personally went around and cleaned up, which was delightful so I didnt have to. Our floors look beautiful and we are very happy with their work.

I was in search of an installer for this beautiful glass tile I had purchased for my backsplash of my new kitchen. I had called another installer for the tile and he did not take the job. I also had vinyl flooring to be installed in my 2nd bedroom. I googled installers and came across Networx. I put in my information and zip code. I received a call back right away. They told me they had a company for me. Immediately after speaking with Networx, Red Eagle Home Improvement called me. I spoke to John ( the owner) and told him about the glass tile backsplash and the flooring I needed installed. This was a Friday. He came and started the job on Saturday and finished the job on Monday. I am very pleased with the way the backsplash and the flooring look.
